Single point of contact under the Digital Services Act
Our single point of contact under Art. 11 and Art. 12 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act, DSA) serves the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services as well as users. You can reach it by e-mail at the contact address of the operator named above. Languages: German and English. Messages to the point of contact are read and answered by a human; we do not use automated tools for this. You can also send notices of illegal content via the report function in the app or to the contact address. What a notice should contain is explained on the support page.
